Planning and Zoning

Development in the city limits of Seneca, and within a 3-mile radius, is guided by the Seneca Zoning Ordinance to ensure orderly growth and development.  Administering this process takes a group of dedicated citizens who volunteer their time to benefit the City of Seneca and its residents.
