The City of Seneca has commercial lots available for purchase as part of the Branch Street Extension project.  The lots are shovel-ready with no special assessments to property owners.  Development is eligible for the Neighborhood Revitalization Program, which allows a 100% rebate of property taxes for a period of time after construction is complete.  The City Council is accepting bids for lots in this development.  For further information, please contact Steve Brooks at 785-336-2747.
