LocTrap Shooting at the Seneca Gun Club

The Seneca Gun Club is located near the intersection of Baltimore and 1st Street.  Enjoy trap shooting every Thursday from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. with fellow sportsmen.  This event is open to the public.

Fishing, Hunting, Camping & Trails 

The Nemaha Wildlife Area, referred to by locals as “the old lake”, is located 5 miles South of Seneca on Highway 63.  This area provides opportunities to hunt, fish, camp and enjoy a trail maintained by the Seneca Boy Scouts.

For those who enjoy creature comforts, set up camp at Bailey’s RV Resort on the west edge of Seneca on US Highway 36.  Offering 20 pull through spots with concrete pads, 8 back-in spots on gravel, many with shade; restrooms, showers, laundry, dog kennels and a 1,ooo sq. foot meeting area and shelter.  For information, call Doug at (785)294-1208.

Tennis, Basketball, & Pickle Ball

Post-tension concrete tennis and basketball courts located near the Seneca Aquatic Center and Skoch Park on the west edge of town. Markings are also made on the Tennis Courts to allow for the playing of Pickle Ball!

Golf

Enjoy a round of golf at the beautiful, 18-hole Spring Creek Golf Course.  Sign up the crew to play in a tournament or drop by for a round.  Spring Creek is a public golf course that offers a challenging, yet fun experience for golfers of any level.

Bowling

Swimming

Nothing beats the heat like the Seneca Aquatic Center.  This modern pool features zero-depth entry, shaded toddler area, 2 large slides, toddler slide, sprayground, 1 & 3 meter diving boards, lanes and starting blocks for competitive swimming, lily pads, concessions, and picnic tables.  Open daily 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. during the summer months.
